The solar powered systems are provided both in stand-alone mode and mini-grid mode as per local conditions.<\/p>\n            <p>Up to 2011-12 under the Remote Village Electrification Program of MNRE, GoI a total 1620 villages were electrified. In 2016-17 STSC Dev. Dept., Govt. of Odisha sponsored program, solar electrification of 204 tribal hamlets have been covered. <\/p>\n            <p>In 2017-18 and 2018-19, 392 villages under Decentralized Distribution Generation (DDG) Projects under Deendayal Upadhyaya Gram Jyoti Yojana (DDUGJY) scheme. The project envisages two types of technologies viz.
