It established a dedicated Customer Relation- ship Centre (CRC) to manage end-user level issues ranging from general query to submission of request for repair and service of their RE assets.\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"post-thumb\"><a href=\".html#\"><img src=\"https:\/\/oredaodisha.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Picture1.jpg\"><\/a><\/div>\n<!-- post detail -->\n<div class=\"post-info p-30\">\n<div class=\"post-desc\">\n<h5>Toll Free No : 1800-345-7135.Mobile : 9438016007 \/ 9438016008, Land Line : 0674-2550580<\/h5>\n<h5>Email : servicesupport@odisharenewable.in website : www.odisharenewable.in<\/h5>\n\t<p>\n\t\tIn order provide timely and effective services to customers OREDA established an automated  Customer Relationship Centre (CRC)on the 3rd February 2016.\n\t<\/p>\n\t<p>\n\t\tThe Centre was inaugurated by the then Union Secretary, MNRE.\n\n\t<\/p>\n\t<p>\n\t\tEach installation of OREDA is registered with CRC.\n\n\t<\/p>\n\t<p>\n\t\tBoth scheduled maintenance (once every quarter) and corrective maintenance (on-call) are monitored by the CRC and weekly reports are generated and reviewed.\n\n\t<\/p>\n\t<p>\n\t\tThe centre operates from 7-7 on all 7n days of the week where  customers can register their complaints over a toll free number , two mobile number and a land line number \n\n\t<\/p>\n\t<p>\n\t\tCustomers\u2019 service requests are then escalated to the concerned vendor as well as OREDA and the response is monitored on regular basis. \n\n\t<\/p>\n\t<p>\n\t\tOnce a service request is reported close by the vendor the same is verified from the customer and the ticket is closed. \n\n\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\t<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>OREDA in the year 2015 realised the importance of \u201cuser satisfaction\u201d and economic viability in achieving mass adoption of Renewable Energy as an alternate source of energy.
