OREDA offers consultancy services for setting up solar power plants in both EPC and Developer mode with the following broad scope:

c. Determination of technical specifications of all components/sub-components.

d. Preparation of Bid Document.

e. Bid Process Management.

f. Evaluation of Bids and negotiations.

g. Selection of EPC/Developer.

h. Review of detailed engineering.

i. PDIs and On-site inspection of all material.

j. Review of project execution schedules.

k. On-site supervisions of project execution.

l. Facilitate the client for Grid connectivity of the project and PPA, if needed.

m. Facilitating the client in all regulatory matters concerning the project.

n. On-site support during controlled operation period.

o. Post installation Management advisory services.

OREDA provided consultancy for the 6.0 MW Solar Power plant at HAL, Sunabeda, Koraput through developer mode.

Few other projects like 2.5 MW Grid Connected Power Plant at ARC, Charbatia and 6 MW Grid connected power plant at ACC Limited, Bargarh are yet to be finalised.
