In order provide timely and effective services to customers OREDA established an automated Customer Relationship Centre (CRC)on the 3rd February 2016.
The Centre was inaugurated by the then Union Secretary, MNRE.
Each installation of OREDA is registered with CRC.
Both scheduled maintenance (once every quarter) and corrective maintenance (on-call) are monitored by the CRC and weekly reports are generated and reviewed.
The centre operates from 7-7 on all 7n days of the week where customers can register their complaints over a toll free number , two mobile number and a land line number
Customers’ service requests are then escalated to the concerned vendor as well as OREDA and the response is monitored on regular basis.
Once a service request is reported close by the vendor the same is verified from the customer and the ticket is closed.
